You will be responsible for the management and operation of the Chalet bar and maintaining the bar area to a standard consistent with Company expectations.
- Operation of the in-house bar from mid-afternoon opening through to closing – potentially 1am.
- Ensuring the bar is re-stocked, orders placed and generally providing a clean, ready and professional environment.
- Providing a welcoming and friendly service in the bar to all of our guests.
- Operating the tab system for drinks purchased and basic accounting/bill preparation in readiness for changeovers.
- End of night clearing up of the Lodge, final security checks and lights out.
- Assisting in the delivery of Chalet/Front of House Operations.
- Outdoor chalet maintenance – snow clearing, keeping out door areas tidy, helping with tip and recycling runs.
- Delivering a consistent standard of customer service.
