How Do We Choose the Ski Resorts?

Ski resorts in the French Alps can sometimes be monstrously ugly, busy, and hard to get to.

We have chosen ski resorts that give you a real experience – pretty wooden chalets dotted about on almost empty ski pistes, 6-person chair lifts with no queues, almost no british voices on the slopes, traditional village squares with authentic bars and busy village markets.

The ski resorts are all close to Geneva, and have an extensive ski domain to keep all abilities happy. Of course we only use ski resorts who put time and money into regular improvements such as faster lifts, thorough coverage by snow cannons and excellent pisteurs to look after the conditions of the slopes.

After all, if we are going to enjoy our skiing and boarding here too, why would we choose anything less?
