Getting Here - giving you a hassle free journey
Our Ski Weekender and Ski Midweeker packages have been designed to help you find good value and convenient flights which can be from as little as £50 return - we recommend booking as early as possible to find the best value flights. All our packages are designed for you to enjoy:
- Choice of many low-cost and regular flights
- Afternoon or evening departures from convenient UK airports
- Transfer to the Lodge of just an hour from Geneva airport
- A full day's skiing on your day of departure (if you catch an evening flight home - see recommended flights table below).
When booking your ski or snowboard holiday in the Alps remember that SkiWeekender 4-night breaks run from Thursday night to Monday evening and Ski Midweeker trips are from Monday night - Thursday evening.
Our free transfers for arrivals operate for flights arriving between 1500 and 2100 on Mondays and Thursdays.
For departures our free transfers operate for flights departing from 1600 on Mondays and Thursdays.
On the day of your departure we need to leave the Lodge 3 hours before your flight to make check-in, so flights departing from around 2030 mean you'll get a full day on the pistes before you leave.
On your departure day we have plenty of baggage storage and always make sure that guests have rooms available to shower and change before leaving.
Our aim and intention is to meet you direct from your flight but occasionally, due to numbers, you may have to wait a short while for guests on other flights. We always do our best to make sure any waiting time is minimal but if you are able to catch one of our recommended flights (see below) the chance of having to wait is greatly reduced.

Flights at other times
If you would like to catch a flight that arrives before or after our transfer window and would pefer not to wait for our free pickups we can meet you direct from that flight, but there will be a supplement of 135euros (maximum) per 8 person transfer (this is per transfer leg not per person, so is divisible between the number in your party). This is payable on departure from the Lodge and if we can amalgamate 2 or more groups into one trip, will be divided equally according to the number of people sharing each transfer.
