Following
the success of our smaller in-house lessons which we introduced last year,
we will continue to offer small group lessons with a maximum of 6 students
exclusively for our Skiweekender and Ski Midweeker guests. Join our English
speaking instructors, for a series of 3 or 4 lessons designed for beginners,
improvers and upper-improvers. We can also arrange private lessons for more
advanced skiers or a longer series of lessons for our weeklong guests.
Please give us a clear indication of your ability when booking so that we can group you with other students of a similar ability.
BEGINNERS
For complete first timers, or those who have had a short lesson on an artificial/indoor
slope. You are looking to learn the basics to kick-start your skiing and
master the fundamental techniques.
IMPROVERS
For those who have progressed beyond learner slopes and are starting to
move more around the mountain, with the aim of being confident on blue runs.
UPPER-IMPROVERS
For those who can ski or board most blues comfortably but who are
less confident when slopes get steep or bumpy, with the aim of starting
to tackle red runs more often.
INTERMEDIATES / ADVANCED
We recommend private lessons for this level of skier to enable them to benefit
from a more individual approach for technique pointers and more specific
details which don't apply to a whole group.
PRIVATE
For those looking for more particular advanced techniques or private tuition
at any level. This lesson is available for exclusive individual instruction.
SNOWBOARDING
For groups of 2 or more, snowboarding lessons are available upon request.
Lessons will be scheduled in advance where possible so please give us plenty
of notice to arrange this.
LESSON TIMINGS
Generally beginners will have the first slot of the day, followed by improvers,
upper improvers and then private lessons. This can, however, change if snow
conditions require (for instance icy early mornings aren’t the best
for beginners!) or due to overall lesson demand.
