Corporate Ski Weekends and Groups
Our experience of working with corporate groups in the UK and French Alps is translated to the ski slopes for winter. We have some excellent Corporate Ski Weekenders which are perfect for team building, staff and client rewards or corporate retreats. Standard packages and customised trips are both possible.
We have listened to what our previous corporate customers appreciated and have developed convenient, comprehensive and good value chalet weekend and midweek packages. Everything about our resort, accommodation and service suits skiers and boarders with limited time – allowing you to maximise your time with your guests, share some unique experiences, socialise, relax and make the most of the great facilities at our lodge and the Aravis mountains.
We have a range of solutions to suit all group sizes, budgets and requirements. Our prices start from £295pp for a 3 day midweek including transfers, accommodation and lift passes.

Aravis Lodge - Our chalet-hotel is where we run the majority of our trips including our standard Ski Midweeker and Weekenders for smaller groups looking for the best value. There are no minimum or maximum numbers and we offer you standard itineraries of 3 or 4 days. There will be other guests staying in the lodge although meeting rooms or space for presentations during the daytime can be arranged. The lodge can also be offered on an exclusive use basis for up to 36 people in 17 ensuite rooms. This provides the ultimate in flexibility and allows your group to work, ski and relax together in an environment which is perfect for team meetings, briefings, workshops or reward and incentive trips. Our Ski Team will be dedicated to making sure your trip runs smoothly and you can all truly relax and focus on your work. Early booking is strongly recommended. Prices for exclusive use start at £7,000 for Midweeks and £10,000 for Weekends for up to 32 people. |

Superior 3* Hotels - For clients looking for luxury accommodation or for larger groups we are able to offer a choice of 3 star hotels in La Clusaz. The friendly hotels provide a high quality of business focused service as well as featuring leisure facilities (swimming pools, jacuzzis, health and beauty suites) in addition to a full range of meeting rooms and conference facilities. We have experience of running corporate weekends for groups of up to 120 delegates and can prepare fully bespoke packages including outdoor activities and team building, custom conference setups and celebration or reward dinners. Customised Solutions - If your group, budget and imagination will allow we have a fantastic range of extras which can enhance your programme and give the trip the real "Wow" factor. Our most popular mountain restaurant soiree (details in the PDF) is a superb evening celebration in a unique setting. Access is by snow-cat or snowshoes, sumptuous food and drinks are included after which you'll enjoy an evening of dancing high up on a mountain! Other options include torchlit sledging descents, GPS treasure hunts, Winter Olympics or overnight stays in a secluded mountain refuge complete with funky "Nidgloo" eco pods.
