Corporate Groups
Our experience of working with corporate groups in the UK and French Alps is translated to the ski slopes for winter. We have some excellent Corporate Ski Weekenders which are perfect for team building, staff and client rewards or corporate retreats. Fully flexible and exclusive use are all possible.
We have listened to what our previous corporate customers appreciated and have worked hard to develop convenient, comprehensive and good value chalet weekend and midweek packages. Everything about our resort, accommodation and service suits skiers and boarders with limited time – allowing you to maximise your time with your guests, share some unique experiences, socialise, relax and make the most of the great facilities at our lodge and the Aravis mountains.
All of our ski weekends, midweek
trips and short breaks feature the following as standard:
- Friendly, spacious fully-catered chalet accommodation, all with ensuite rooms
- The most convenient location – less than an hour from Geneva airport
- Experienced and dedicated Ski Team for the duration of your stay
- All inclusive price, but with flexibility to add on various special extras
With such a wide range and choice of activities and extras available, we have tried to simplify the process of tailoring the perfect trip for your group. Please use the information below to choose your Ski Weekender package, but remember that any element is completely flexible and can be modified to fit your needs.
Arrival Day
- You will be met direct from your flight by our spacious Mercedes minibuses. Each bus will have its own Savoyard Specialty hamper with some snacks and drinks for the journey… tuck into some cold beers, wine, cheese and biscuits, hams and cooked meats and delicicious fresh baguettes.
- Transfer direct to the Lodge in under an hour – with plenty of space for all your gear you can sit back in comfort.
- If you arrive late in the evening a hot supper of hearty homemade soup or stew will be waiting your arrival at the Aravis Lodge – and of course the well stocked bar will be open with beers on tap, wine and spirits.
- Meet your dedicated Corporate Ski Team who will take you through a welcome briefing and talk you through piste maps and the skiing choices available in the local area.
- When you're ready for bed, ensuite rooms with French channel TV, radio and CD player will be waiting for you – comfortable, clean and welcoming after a long day.
Ski Days
- Lift passes will be ready for you and all ski equipment will be waiting for you in our on-site ski hire room, choose from our wide choice of quality high performance skis.
- Any lessons will also have been pre-booked and arranged for you with our resident instructor who speaks excellent English and is always well received by our groups.
- Our minibuses will transport you and your Ski Team to the bottom of the ski area you choose for the day and your ski host will be there for an orientation morning, showing you around the resort and the best runs to suit your abilities.
- Lunch reservations can be arranged at the best mountain restaurants - your table will be waiting and your ski host will escort you there and make sure you all enjoy a great meal of Savoyard cuisine.
- In the afternoon you can either use your ski host for more ski guiding or explore on your own. We will always arrange a place to meet up later on for a cheeky beer and to start the après ski.
- Our minibuses will meet you to transport you back to the Lodge in time for freshly baked afternoon tea.
- Champagne reception and snacks will be laid on at 19:30 in the bar for some pre-dinner drinks and a chance for the group to come together and discuss the day.
- A 4-course dinner including cheese course and port will follow - all accompanied by superior red and white wine from the region.
- The bar will then be open for you to relax or you can retire to the TV room for a video or DVD. Alternatively you can take a walk around St Jean and visit the local bars.
- If you are looking for nightlife your rep and minibus will be available for trips into La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand and will ensure you head to the right bars and clubs, open until 5am for those with stamina.
Departure Day
- The day starts like all your other days with us with our Ski Team available to get you out on the slopes as normal.
- There's no need to get any less skiing as the whole day is geared towards giving you as much time as possible.
- No need to check out of your room in the morning, but we do advise packing!
- The restaurant will be booked for lunch as usual and then you will be able to have an afternoon of skiing before meeting at a pre-arranged café or bar.
- The minibuses will take you back to the Lodge in time for afternoon tea and cakes. Then there'll be time for a shower in your room before the transfer back to the airport and your return to the UK.

Please note that these prices include premium catered accommodation, transfers, your lift pass and a dedicated Corporate Ski Team.
- 2 night and 2 day stay = £345pp
- 3 night and 3 day stay = £425pp
- 4 night and 4 day stay = £495pp
Additional Extras and Upgrades
For added convenience, we can extend the package to include some or all of the items listed below. These can be included to any of the Ski Days or even on your Departure Day – all are best booked in advance.
