Christmas & New Year Ski Weeks & Short Breaks
This year we will be offering both weeklong and weekend / midweek short breaks during the Christmas and New Year holiday period to allow you
to escape to the slopes whatever the constraints of work or family. Our festive packages all offer sumptuous food and
drink, great company, fun activities, traditional decorations and some great parties.
Christmas 2008
We
celebrate Christmas in style with fine food and drinks. Christmas Eve begins
with a champagne reception and canapés leading on to a delicious
and varied buffet dinner with red and white wine. Christmas day starts in
a relaxed fashion with cooked breakfast, followed by a superb snow-shoe
walk with fantastic views and hot buffet lunch on the mountain (although
you can ski if you choose too). On your return to the lodge you can enjoy
tea and Christmas cake followed by traditional Christmas dinner with all
the trimmings!
Our
beautiful Christmas trees and decorations add to the magic of the snowy
winter wonderland creating an unforgettable Christmas - either with friends
or family.

New Year
New Year in the Aravis Lodge is a glitzy affair featuring black tie, cocktails and fireworks!
The lead up to the evening will feature a normal day skiing or snowboarding - take advantage of our ski hosting with the team if you choose. On your return you will have tea before we begin our celebrations with a black tie cocktail party. Dinner will be a sumptuous buffet with plenty of red and white wine. As the clock strikes midnight wrap up warm and watch our fireworks illuminate the surrounding snowy mountains.
New Year's day will be a relaxing affair, although join us for fancy dress skiing for a fun day on the slopes - we've seen superman, cave woman and a skiing cow in the past - what can you bring to the parade?! New Year with Ski Weekender will certainly be one to remember!
